The business park was once owned by the late Sir Joseph Whitworth. It was transformed by the Molyneux Brothers between 1995 and 2005 to provide nine buildings, with 14,900 square feet of modern high quality office space and 25,500 square feet of modern industrial space.
The main office building, Stancliffe House has a variety larger and medium sized offices, as well as 15 smaller all inclusive offices.
There are 130 car parking spaces on site, and loading areas.
LOCATION
The Park is located 3.2 miles to the North of Matlock, and sits beside the A6 in Darley Dale next door to the Grouse public house. It is on the fringe of the Peak District National Park, which includes Dovedale National Nature Reserve in North East Derbyshire. Local towns are:
